Introduction
These terms and conditions agreement govern your use of the fee collection and data gathering services offered by Civicore Educational Services LLP in connection with the personalized on-demand learning platform POD Learning.
Description of Services
The Company facilitates online education services to children in various subjects. The concept is to create a virtual classroom, which helps the Child to learn without any restrictions on time and place.
Modules and Curriculum
The Company will have its sets of modules according to which the Child is expected to complete his/her levels. The Company has tutors who will be assisting the Child with their modules.
The Company shall also grant you access to its material, content, curriculum, documents and other information and data (“Curriculum”) which may be in video, audio, written, graphic, recorded, photographic, or any other format in relation to the modules for which you have registered for. The Company reserves the right to amend, revise or update the Curriculum at any time.
Acceptance of Terms
By using POD Learning and its associated fee collection and data gathering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms or conditions, please do not use the services.
Fee Collection
You will be required to pay fees for accessing POD Learning. Payment details, including pricing and payment methods, will be provided on the platform.
Fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
Data Gathering and Privacy
Civicore Educational Services LLP collects personal and non-personal data solely for internal office purposes and to ensure the smooth functioning of the POD Learning program.
Civicore Educational Services LLP commits to not sharing user data with external parties. User data will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing and enhancing the POD Learning service.
This clause underscores the official commitment to use user data exclusively for internal, program-related purposes and not sharing it with external entities. By using Pod Learning you expressly give us your consent to use your name, photograph, testimonials, and other personal identification information for promotion of Pod Learning by displaying the same in our social media, website or through a press release. This clause will survive the expiry or termination of your use of our services.
User Conduct
You agree to use POD Learning only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use POD Learning for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

Users must comply with the laws that apply to You in the location that You access Company’s Services from. If any laws applicable to You restrict or prohibit You from using Services of Company, You must comply with those legal restrictions or, if applicable, stop accessing and/or using the Services of Company. The Company reserves the right to suspend or deny, in its sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Platform. This license is limited to personal and non-commercial uses by You and your Child. Any rights not expressly granted to You herein are reserved to Company.
You are not permitted to reproduce, transmit, distribute, sub-license, broadcast, disseminate, or prepare derivative works of the Curriculum, or any part thereof, in any manner or through any communication channels or means, for any purpose other than the limited purpose mentioned above, without the Company’s prior written consent.

Shipping Policy
Pod Learning is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring the highest quality packaging. All orders are shipped within a week’s time and are mostly delivered within 6 – 7 working days from the date of dispatch. But if the Delivery address belongs to a remote location or in situations of strikes, natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situation beyond our reasonable control, the delivery might be delayed.We ship throughout the week, except for Public holidays or in case of Govt. enforced Lockdown or any other situation which can prevent Delivery operations.To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through industry leaders in Logistics services.
Is there any Delivery charge involved?
Not applicable in Indian Territory. Standard charges apply for outside India delivery
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
The Delivery might take anywhere from 15 to 20 days maximum.

What if I receive the product in damaged condition?

Refund Policy
At Civicore Educational Services LLP, we strive to provide quality products and services to our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully read our refund policy outlined below:
1. No Refund Policy:
- All purchases of our products/services are non-refundable.
- Online batches/services are considered non-refundable once
2. Mistaken Purchase:
- In the event of a mistaken purchase, you have the option to request a change to another batch of the same amount within 10 days of the original purchase.
3. Damaged/Lost Products:
- If the product is damaged or lost during transit by our courier partner, the customer is entitled to a replacement of the damaged or lost item.
4. Incorrect Address or Rejected Books:
- We cannot issue refunds for purchases where an incorrect address is provided.
- If books are not accepted by the student, the purchase will not be entitled to any kind of refund.
5. Procedure for Requesting Changes or Replacements:
- To request a change of batch for mistaken purchases or report damaged/lost items, please contact our customer support within the stipulated time frame.
- Provide order details, including the order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Changes to batches will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of the original purchase.
